Adriana left her corporate career in Human Resources in 2008 to dedicate time to her growing family. Once she was ready to return to work, she pursued her passion for design and formed Stage & Amaze. Adriana is an Advanced Home Stager Certified Professional (AHSC), she holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management. She is a graduate of the Growth Development Program (GDP), the highest training for Home Staging Companies in the Country and is committed to leading her team towards growth and excellence and to providing the highest standards of service and results to her Clients. When not dedicated to growing her staging business, Adriana loves to spend time with her family and friends and travel to explore new cultures, food, people and places. Adriana is committed to leading her team towards excellence in every single staging they do, and providing clients with the highest level of service and a positive experience.

Audra Snyder started with Hughes Exterminators August 1st, 2014. She came to Hughes with a background in Real Estate, Live Marketing, Public Speaking and Facilitation. As the Real Estate and Business Development liaison, she facilitates the involvement of Hughes’ local service centers in Real Estate, Builder and community organizations. Audra is an active member of BER, NABOR, and the Women’s Council of Realtors Cape Coral Network, Bonita Estero Network, PGPCNP Network and Sarasota Network.
